Refund policy

 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on any custom made items as they are made to order. However, if there are any issues with your order we will always do our best to help.

You can cancel your order but please note that the £100 deposit is non-refundable as it is used to cover the cost of materials for your custom order. We also reserve the right to sell your custom order to someone else if you cancel or don’t pay the final amount due.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
