CUSTOM ORDERS WILL USUALLY BE DISPATCHED AFTER APPROXIMATELY 6 WEEKS ( DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME) *SOME ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN THIS DUE TO COMPLEXITY BUT I WILL ALWAYS LET YOU KNOW THE TIMEFRAME BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE.

HOW TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER:

 

1. Please send an email to contact@amydonalddesign.com  or message me on Instagram @amydonalddesign to request a custom order (please allow 2-3 days for a response).  In this message please include details such as; which items you’d like made and any inspirational pictures/themes etc you’d like included in the design. Please also include your location.

2. I will reply with a quote and any additional questions I may have regarding the design. I will also request your email address at this time if I don’t already have it.

 

3.  If you’d like to proceed then I will email an invoice to you for a non-refundable £100 deposit (this is deducted from the final amount I quoted you)

 

4. I will be in touch within a few weeks after payment to confirm fabric choices. I will also provide you with a sketch at this stage for your approval (to which some changes can be requested). After we agree on the design at this point, I’m unable to make any changes.

 

5. I will begin making your custom items.  If I have any questions during this time I will contact you, otherwise I will not be in contact until I have finished making your order.

 

 

6. When I have finished creating your items I will send you pictures and email an invoice for the remaining amount due ( I.e. the amount I quoted you minus the £100 deposit) and once I receive payment your order will be shipped using a trackable service.

 

- UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Next Day delivery which should arrive the next working day

 

-International orders will be shipped using Parcelforce Global Priority which aims to deliver between 3-10 working days (I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, customs delays or customs charges)

 

*I am only able to accept a certain amount of custom orders per month, so please don’t be disheartened if I’m unable to take on your order at the time you make your request and please feel free to make another request at any time!
 

PLEASE NOTE:

 

* Custom pieces are non-refundable

* I do not make any pieces for children

* Please leave plenty of time between the estimated dispatch date and the date you need it by (incase of shipping/customs delays etc)

* Any delays caused by waiting for payment/information needed to complete order will result in extra time being added to dispatch date
